Can anyone help me identify whats in my ferment?

Could have been, I dont remember... in my first year of brewing I had one or more fermentations do the same thing. I actually think its the yeast and coagulation of the proteins (hot break/cold break) in the fermentor. Cant remember which yeasts I was using or which beers I was making.

Thanks guys, I haven't really figured out a means to avoid getting hop matter or proteins in my primary yet so I always tend to get floaties in there. Just curious as to what it was.
 
Your beer looks pretty clear for being the day after pitching, mine are usually more cloudy.

You said cold crash protein, did you cold crash your wort before pitching or did you actually mean to say cold break protein?

Like other said it is not anything to worry about, but if you look through the cream of three crops cream ale thread there are similar looking things in some peoples batches.

cold break i think? I just chilled it post boil and that coagulated as a result so i assumed its protein. yeah usually my ferments have a distinguished krausen that is more fine and the beer is cloudy but this one is a golden promise SMaSH and its only 4 SRM.
