Camloc Coupler Issue -Seeking Advice

One of my camloc coupler arms won't fold down/engage. I've only used it 4-5 times. Any ideas?

Did the gasket inside fall out? Or move? Try taking the gasket out and see if the arms move...you may just need a new one for some reason? Luckily they are pretty cheap.
