We've got some cage fights going on this weekend at the ATT Center. SWMBO acually loves this sport, she doesn't love me doing it but she likes to watch it.

I'm a big fan. I typically just watch UFC, but I'll pretty much check out any MMA event.

I still perfer the art of boxing.

I don't fight competitively but we've got some guys that I train with that do. I've got too many previous injuries to get a doctor to authorize me to do this for real. But, the training is good exercise and it's just fun for me.

I disagree with some of the rules and completely disagree with the mandatory points per round judging. This is NOT boxing and should not be judged like a boxing match. As much as this sport has evolved, maybe the judging will evolve too. I would like to see the Pride judging be used, especially since UFC bought them out.

It's still the most entertaining thing on TV as is. I'm looking forward to the Liddel vs Silva match.
