C2 IPA Help

I have been using two diffrent Brew Calculators and I have been comming up with two diffrent IBU readings. Any help would be great.

7LB Extra DME
1LB Crystal 20 Steeped
8 oz of Table Sugar
Gets me 1.071
Hops:
Columbus .5oz 14.4 (60)
Columbus .5oz 12.5 (60)
Citra .5oz 11 (25)
Citra 1oz 11 (20)
Citra .5oz 11 (15)
Citra 1oz 11 (DH)

Boil volume will be 4gal.
Batch size 5gal.

I'm getting an IBU of 72 from one and an IBU reading of 101 from another. An help or input would be great.
