i know i know, "every tank has a tw on it" "all the tanks i've seen have tw stamped on it." Yes, ive searched. Perhaps my search skills are lacking, but i couldnt find an answer for a 5# tank.

My friend just gave me his old kegerator along with a 5# tank. He said he didnt know how much was left in the tank. I bought a luggage scale and weighed it, it tells me its 11lbs without the regulator on it. It is a steel tank. He said he probably served about 10 1/6th kegs (not homebrew kegs) with it.

Here's what the sticker says:
Lot: L 08136
Part No. cd 5

Here's what the tank stamping say:
3G 85
ICC-3AA1800
C-264007
C-O-TWO 1 (diamond shape with N inside it) 57
05 D500 07UE
4 C8 86 02
1 HARD 74
1 HARD 80

And the underside of the tank has a Z 3 stamped on it.

All i could find was that an aluminium tank weighs 7.5 pounds and a 5# tank will serve 14-23 1/6th kegs.

So, can anyone tell me what their empty 5# steel tank weighs empty? Or can anyone tell me what their TW is on their 5# steel tank?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks! :ban:
