I had to go to an out of state home brew store. I have used One Step in the past and wanted to try Star San. They only had C Brite.The owner said that is all he uses. I have heard of B Brite can anyone tell me of any experiences with C Brite ?

It's been a really long time since I read the label on a package of c-Brite, but if I remember correctly, it is a chlorine- based sanitizer. You might as well use bleach if that's the case.
