I'm curious if anyone has every replaced their faucet tubing (say 3/16" ID) from somewhere like home depot or lowes? Is any of their vinyl/plastic tubing thick enough for beer dispensing use?

It is not as smooth inside. I am currently using it but have bad foaming. I'm planning on switching to actual beer line very soon.

I bought 10ft last week @ Hoe Depot to make a picnic tap. Works fine for me.

I've got a newer picnic tap with a nice line but the line to my faucet is old and pretty gross looking.
So if i can find the tubing at Home depot I'll switch the picnic tap line to the faucet and use the new line for the picnic tap (which probably won't be used too often).
