Burner, i just use a turkey fryer

M planning on brewing two beers at the same time and need another burner. What BTU are yalls burners? Does anyone recommend buying the fryer burner that has two eyes so a two in one or just two separate stands? What is a good brand that doesn't need modified or safty removed?

It gets a boil going in my keggles pretty quickly on full power. Once the wort is boiling I can reduce the propane output without the fame going out. It's a great burner.

I'd go with 2 separate burners so you can have the flexibility of moving them however you want. I think my turkey fryer burner is somewhere between 50,000 and 60,000 BTU which I use for my 8 gallon pot (5 gallon batches). I also have a stand that has some 210,000BTU burners for 12 gallon batches.

220,000 BTU so you can do your small batches and get it up to boil quick, or do some larger batches and this thing almost sips propane for how big it is.
