Wow, moved up in the world, someone gave me a Miller Keg. Cut the top out, without a problem but now I just tried it on burner and found out it to small. I am using a Bayou sp10 currently. my question is what is the next step up? Or how have you solved this problem. I am great at projects.

Wow. I'm a little suprised and maybe wrong but I thought the SP-10 had more BTUs than the SQ-14, might be the BG-14.. 55K btus. I thought the SP-10 was much higher, around t100k. The Bayou -14 (I'll leave out the initials because I don't remember, but there is only one of them) The -14 isn't the most powerful burner in the world, can boil a 10 gallon final brew and doesn't waste a lot of propane.

Honestly. If I had to do it over again. I'd go with a Blichman. Twice the price but more heat, and they're efficient on propane use.

I got the SP-10 and hated it... Got the blichmann... LOVE IT! totally worth it

The Blichmann is the BG14. Only difference is the stand (and the price), the burner is identical.
