Yes... Well, I just finished my first batch from malt extract and have two more that I will soon start.

Do you have regular meets?

I am also in the Burbank area. I usually brew 2 times a month and do all-grain. If you ever want to get together for a brew day let me know. My setup can do up to a 10g batch.
