I'm planning on brewing my way through Brewing Classic Styles over the next few years(?). Does anyone know of a spreadsheet or database of ingredients used in the book so I can plan out 6 months or so ahead and bulk buy the ingredients. I'm going to use the all grain alternative modified slightly to accommodate BIAB except when a three vessel is more or less required. I have the equipment I just dislike the cleanup three vessels entail.

I would just buy a sack of 2-row and german pils, the specialty malts are too small in number to buy 55lbs worth.

For hops, maybe start with 1/2 pound each of Hallertau, EKG, Saaz, Cascade, Centennial and Columbus? Kinda depends on what styles you plan on starting with

I'm gonna skip the lagers for now. I will go back to them when I snag another chest freezer just for lagering. I'm also skipping things I've brewed a lot of like American pale ale and IPAs for now.
