How do you store the unused DME from an open bag?

I cut a small opening when I use it and then seal it with a piece of tape when I'm done.

Clean up the bag's cut edges, or the tape won't stick.

I fold the cut corner over and use a strong binder clip to seal. Then put it in a heavy duty zip-loc bag. DME is 'hard' to use once moisture gets in the bag.

I vacuum pack / seal open DME, hops, grains ect.

I dump my excess into a mason jar and seal it tight. So far so good.

I have a 1 gallon food grade bucket with a rubber seal that I keep my DME in.
