Hey guys I have done about 6 or so brews building up from distilled water. My beers seem to be way better than when I was using my tap water. I am currently getting ready to brew 5 gals of Old Rasputin RIS clone and would greatly appreciate some feedback. How does this water profile look? I am not sure if I should go with Black Full or Black Balanced?

I have never had to use baking soda before. I typically just add calcium chloride and gypsum but I have also never done a RIS before either.

I normally use pickling lime (takes about half the amount compared to soda. But... I start with tap water that regularly has 40+ ppm Sodium.
Your profile looks fine.

Guessing the snapshots were taken at different times.
Took .35 g/gal gypsum, .25 CaCl and .4 soda to get my numbers to match your ppm. I get 5.39pH.
I also have the supporter Bru'n water and it reports your finished sodium at 29.

You will probably have loss due to absorption. 10gal mash will not make a 10g batch unless you have a centrifuge [emoji6].

I came up with the EBC from Bairds website. Is this not the same as Lovibond? This is a 5 gallon batch im doing BIAB.

Brewtoad has a pretty good color converter.
1200 EBC = 450L
I mentioned 10 gal because your total batch volume was 10 on Bru'n water.
Both issues will alter the est. Beer color that the software provides. I don't believe the mash pH will change.

Thanks! I am going to roll with the above!
