Dang it...a full bag.

But, not too many - Can I save it, and how?

A friend said he put some dry ice in the bag and killed the critters, does that work?

If you have a CO2 tank that would work to fog 'em to death. But then you have some dead critters in your grain. I'm not extremely weird about that kind of stuff but some people are though. If there were hundreds or something they I'd toss it. I also have no idea the size of the bugs but I assume they're very small.

What kind of bugs? Are they grain moth larvae? .

Dry ice would probably work if the grain were in a large tub in pretty still air.

You could also freeze the grain for a few hours and the bugs will die.

Or vacuum seal them overnight, most critters can't live without air for a whole day.

Or just MASH that grain along with dem bugs...they ain't gonna hurt you.

I always freeze my grains for three days before I store them in airtight containers. So far, no bugs.

If you're not gonna pick them out after you've frozen/asphyxiated them, then they'll be in the mash anyway. So you might as well just mash them the way they are. If you're gonna pick them out dead, then you could just pick them out alive ;)

Its your call. You have weevils and its up to you if you are fine with dead bugs in your mash. I've had this happen twice and I had to throw away the whole bag. those were sad days.... :(
