Bucket spigot level question

I'm about to order the NB 6.5 buckets. I was wondering if the hole for the spigot is high enough that it won't be buried in the gunk at the bottom. I was thinking of using a spigotted bucket as my primary so I don't have to use the auto siphon anymore when I transfer to secondary.

If it isn't, you can stick a #2 or #3 stopper in your valve with a short piece of bent racking cane.
