My father-in-law and I just bought a good brewing kit and are brewing for the first time. Watching the dvd and reading the book and instructions helped alot but after brewing it and letting it sit in the bucket for the primary fermenting process we have transferred it to the carboy. The instructions say to leave it in there until you get one bubble every 3 minutes out of the bubbler. It was bubbling fine in the primary down to one bubble every minute but now it isn't bubbling. We just transferred it around noon so maybe we just need to wait for it to build pressure before the first bubbles start to appear. Is no bubbles a bad sign or am I being impatient? We tasted it while transferring and it tastes like it is going to be good.
Also we like Young's Dirty Dick Ale, Newcastle and bass ale. Any suggestions on where we can find an ingredient kit similar to these flavors?
