Brulosophy - Anyone else seen this website?

Stumbled across these guys when searching for answers i couldn't find here. They seem to be doing pretty neat brewing experiments to test old beliefs and popular practices eg the impact of kettle trub, the irish moss effect, sprinkled vs rehydrated dry yeast etc.

His fast turn around lager method works very well.

There's some good experiments there. He's thorough in his notes and does some needed tests.

I'd like to see some of these recreated by other people so that there was some additional data. One experiment by itself it only carries so much weight.
