Broken Freon line in minifridge used for kegerator

So I recently acquired a mini fridge that will fit a sixth keg and the line that went to the freezer rack on the top is cut. I don't need the freezer I just need the refrigerator to keep the keg cool. Is there anyway I can fix this? I have attached a photo. Sorry for such a newb question I just don't quite understand how these systems work and I can't find much information via Google. Thank you all in advance for any info!

That is now a candidate for the landfill.
Usually in small refrigerators, the cold plate for the freezer provides all of the chilling for the unit.

I am now realizing that! Is there really no way to repair the line, though?

The economics of that class of appliance leads to straight out replacement for anything other than a trivial problem. So, even if the evidently missing cold plate evaporator was still in hand, there'd still be virtually zero chance of resurrecting that unit at a cost below purchasing a brand new replacement. Been that way for years, really...

Half the cooling system is gone now and it's not coming back. That freezer shelf WAS the evaporator coil.
