Ok so I get 5 litre mini kegs from my local fav brewery and the beer is ice cold wen they fill it up, so I'm assuming it comes directly from the bright beer tank.
My question is, how long can finished beer (or bright beer if you like) be stored in a bright beer tank at very low temps? Anyone have a homebrew equivalent for this step of the process?

Primary - The wife's birthday EPA
Conditioning - APA
Kegged - Centennial/cascade pale ale

Super. That's kind of what I was thinking but unsure how long I could store the beer in the keg for at like 0oC

How long you can store any beer depends on the beer. Hoppy beers tend to oxidize faster than non-hoppy beers. Higher gravity beers usually age better than lower gravity beers.
