My LHBS just mentioned that he has this in, I'm thinking of putting together a recipe to try it out...from the discription it sounds like it would contribute well to any dark beers.

Im looking for some info on this as well...I wanted to make a Black IPA/Cascadian dark..but wasnt sure on how much/what type of flavor that it would impart on the beer

6 oz in a grain bill thats 14lb total.

anyone try this malt yet?

Sounds like their version of Carafa Special, should be a fine addition for a Black IPA (they say it gives a toasty flavor at higher amounts).
