It's an unhopped wheat lme. I figure 60 minute boil on the hops but am unsure of lme.

This is my first time with unhopped extract. Also adding a little orange zest for flavor at 5 minutes.

So, how long to boil the unhopped lme or half/half 2 stages of boil. Thanks

You dont need to boil the lme for 60 minutes. You can put 1/3 of the lme at the begining and add the rest 15 minute before flame out. Some even add it at flame out but i prefer to make sure everything is sterile.

Doing so you will make sure that lme wont caramelize too much during the boil affecting the taste and color.

You will need to adjust your hops schedule because you will have a highger hops utilization effeciency.

Thanks. 1 oz of hallertau for 60. Might add. 25 forvthe last 10 minutes. Thanks for the help

Not sure how much IBU this will add since I don't know your recipe :) But I highly suggest you to put your recipe in a software that help you calculate IBU since it might not be what you think since you add LME late boil.
