I am having a welder build a single tier stainless stand for me. The problem is he is not a brewer and does not understand the nuances of the design. Anyways, my question is about the gas manifold lines that are permanetely built into the stands, hard lined. If I originally want to use propane, but one day down the line decide to switch to natural gas, I understand that I will have to convert my actual burner, but will the hard lined gas plumbing have to change also? Or will it work find for either? This is question#1 on a series of design questions. Thanks.
