This is very cool. I'm designing my 2-tier system soon and i'm definately stealing some ideas from this thread

The electronics are finished and being shipped tomorrow.

Those are..imbedded, I think is the term he used.
But he also has removable type also.

Pretty simple... I like it.

You might want to think about swapping the bottom half of your tube to put the input on the bottom. That way you have less "un-circulating" wort and less that gets left behind when you drain.

I also have Derrin's RIMs tube. Input/Output facing the same direction, opposite direction, or anywhere in between... These things are so flexible, it's amazing.

After looking at my rig again, this is not how I use it. I just finished cleaning up the brewery and putting everything back together. Yes, I usually have one of the inlets near the bottom, to pass as muck work over the element as possible. This was just thrown together.

A new item. SS 90, so the sight glass is now vertical.

Cream ale during rims recirq. Mash.

I cut a piece of hose and put it around the edge of the false bottom. Stopped all grain from sneaking around the edge now I get full benefit if blichmanns FB.

Awesome setup, Im starting to design my next brew rig to start piecing together. Gonna be a two vessel system similar to yours controlled with BCS as well.

What program do you use for your 3d drawings, gonna start making mine could use some items like pump/kettles

How do you have your stuff wired with the control box and BCS
