So, I use BrewPal on a few years old iPod Touch. I love the app and have a blast creating and adjusting recipes, even if I don't ever get around to brewing all of them.
I'm looking at actually catching up with this century and getting a smartphone. I'm leaning towards a Windows phone, but BrewPal isn't available on that format (as far as I know).
Are there other Windows apps that are comparable to BrewPal?
I found one called Homebrewer's Toolkit and I just installed a free trial of it on my laptop. It looks like it does recipe formulation, but it doesn't seem quite as intuitive as BrewPal. Does it just take some getting used to?
The others I've seen don't seem to support full recipe formulation. Am I just not seeing what they are capable of?
A brewing/recipe app is one of the few apps I would actually use, so it may be enough to sway my choice of phone. If there doesn't seem to be anything that meets my requirements, I might do an android phone and get that version of BrewPal.
