I'm running into issues where brewpal will crash reliably in certain recipes, as well as any time I try to change mash temps in a recipe.

What's going on?
 
Two questions, I don't know if either will help:

1) are you running version 3.4.1?

2) did you upgrade to iOS 8.4.1?

I've done the first but haven't done the second. I don't appear to be having problems.
 
I understand the hesitancy. iOS 8 was a memory killer., like 5 Gig. iOS 9, which should come out in September is supposed to reduce it back to about 2 Gig.
 
Finally powered through the iOS update and now brew pal seems to be behaving
