I love the recipe/ingredient interface... and how it converts it to an order. Great flat rate shipping too. I like that you put your mission statement so to speak on the Home page... world class service!

My wife and I agree... having the recipe calculator on your site will give brewers a place to design beers and do so with some suggestions. Once they are finished, why would they go elsewhere to order it when they can simply push ONE button and do it on your site? Great idea, definately an idea from a brewer in the know.

Great idea with the BrewBuilder! It is EXTREMELY helpful for people like me (don't know squat about making a recipe). The rating and community aspect of it is also very neat and original!

The Brew Builder has been designed to be useful for the people that are comfortable creating thier own reciepes, as well getting people to start making some recipes. Creating a recipe is not all that hard.

All your prices and supplies all seem stellar, there are a few issues to be addressed but I think everyone has already mentioned them. Now its time for me to be a whiny canuck and ask that you somehow incorporate your site so that I can ship my orders to Canada. If you can pull that off, I will be ordering ALOT of stuff from you!

I wish I could ship to Canada, but when I researched it there did not seem to be a way to ensure a high level of service with all of the customs and duties.

No 40L they were out of stock when I ordered, so I got some 45L to have something in that range. It should not be too big of a difference to the overall beer.

I just placed an order for two Perlicks forward seal faucets and a better bottle.

One suggestion if I may, it would be nice to have pictures with all the items to make customers more comfortable knowing they are purchasing the correct product. Other than that I think the sites looks awesome and has quite an extensive supply.

Still early days and your site is already groundbreaking in it's concept! Knowing that you will be taking suggestions on board means that it will only get even better! I, like most here am extremely impressed with the recipe builder.

Price is always a large factor in making a decision to buy. Your prices are a tad over what I would normally expect to pay, but that minor doubt is mellowed by your obvious knowledge and understanding of what we are all looking for in a supplier.

As always, as a noob, I will still be thoroughly researching my options before I buy, and I will be checking costs, discounts, shipping etc and taking it all into consideration before I purchase......Having said all that, if the difference between buying from my regular source, or buying from your site is minimal, then I will go with the site that has put the effort into understanding and catering for it's customers (er, that would be you)
