I am brewing my first batch Oaked imperial stout should i use well water or sort water

you are doing an Oaked Imperial Stout as your first batch? I would recommend something with a quick turnaround for a first batch. A light pale ale, ipa or something that can be ready and drinkable within a month vs an imperial stout that will take at least 6months to be drinkable.
