This is my first post and i first off want to say that this forum is awesome and a wealth of information!
Now to the point of my post. I've been all grain brewing for over a year now. I am currently brewing five gallon batches on my stove. I'm looking to purchase a brew stand and all the equipment to go with it (lauter tun, kettle, etc.). I am looking to do 15 gal batches and one that I can keep upgrading if I want to expand. What do you use and what is the best brew stand and system in both value and quality. Keep in mind I'm not particularly handy so would rather not do a bunch of building.
