Brewing my second Partial Grain batch, about 10 minutes past the hot-break into the 60 minute boil. No issues with boil-over, no problems with anything.
The combined experience from reading this forum, asking questions, and my previous batch a couple weeks back, and I'm feeling no brew anxiety!
