It's a clean, neutral yeast so yes, you can. You won't get the esters like you would from an English yeast but you will get a good beer. I've used it for a few kinds of beer, mostly because I'm cheap and like to reuse it if I actually buy a vial of liquid yeast. I'm pretty sure I've seen posts on here by people who use it as their house yeast in all kinds of beers.
