Hello everyone. I have a brewing opinion question or advice question. I have been brewing at home for about two and half years and made 47 batches. My question is to those that are brewing often, are you brewing styles based on conditions (iE season and temperature) or by what beers you want? The reason I am asking is that I have come to a cross roads and am unsure which direction to go. Should I be focusing on a few styles of preference (like IPA) and working on a improving those or continue to try every style? I am finding myself brewing a saison, then moving to a wheat pale ale and then to a brown ale and then to a black lager. I feel I am not really focusing on getting that 1-4 recipe comfort.
Just throwing it out there for some opinions. Anything helps, thanks in advance.
