Today is the last day of the year and I couldn't help myself to squeeze in just ONE MORE brew into 2013.

SWMBO went off to her yoga classes, mumbling something about a 12-step approach :)

Brewed a "super"-saison inspired by Avec Les Bons Voeux (Dupont) clone from BYO a few months ago.

Fairly smooth sailing, except for getting quite a bit of trub/hop matter into my fermenter.

We are on the equator, so one of the rooms in my apartment keeps a perfect 32C (90F) for the DuPont yeast (wlp565 or WY3724) - no need for a brew belt.

Hopefully, it will turn out ok.

Anyone else is brewing today? :)
 
possibly. today's also my cake day so not sure if people will have plans. if not today then all day tomorrow.
 
Lucky... I'd like to brew some peanut butter beer but I'm not sure yet if I wanna freeze my ass off.
 
I have a lager I will be brewing in a few hours.

I wish when I make plans with flakes that they flake the night before and preferably before 6 pm so I can get to the LHBS and get supplies. Today would have been a great day to brew. :( No brewing for me but plenty of drinking.

thanks! and i stopped last night in anticipation. it's cold enough to leave everything in the car so SWMBO doesn't get mad.
