Today is the last day of the year and I couldn't help myself to squeeze in just ONE MORE brew into 2013.
SWMBO went off to her yoga classes, mumbling something about a 12-step approach
Brewed a "super"-saison inspired by Avec Les Bons Voeux (Dupont) clone from BYO a few months ago.
Fairly smooth sailing, except for getting quite a bit of trub/hop matter into my fermenter.
We are on the equator, so one of the rooms in my apartment keeps a perfect 32C (90F) for the DuPont yeast (wlp565 or WY3724) - no need for a brew belt.
Hopefully, it will turn out ok.
