I'm into a nice rolling boil with my first amarillo addition.
Its a modification of the Three Floyd's Gumballhead Wheat Ale. I've subbed two of the amarillo additions for cascade, mostly because I love the grapefruit/sharp citrus. I'll be adding one more amarillo half way, then cascade for aroma, and cascade dry hop once fermentation is done.
So far so good, no sign of boil over, everything is ready and waiting fully sterilized, and now I have to wait about a month to see the reward.
