A few weeks ago, I brewed a Belgian Wit. I finished brewing at almost midnight. and called it a night. Planning to finish clean up the next evening when I got home. Then the whole family caught the norovirus that's been going around (that was hell).
Fast forward to tonight.
I head down to the garage to brew another batch tonight. Evidently I never got back to cleaning out the ekeggle. On the plus side it's all stainless, on the negative was the smell and 41 deg water coming out of the faucet out there.
So The lesson of the day is always clean up when you are done, don't put it off until tomorrow, You never know when "tomorrow" will come, and sometimes tomorrow ain't a pretty sight.
