Brewing - Circle of Life

Brewed the Black IPA a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share some pics that really tell the story...

Just a little hops for the brewday... I believe this was a mixture from two brews.

Racking the Raging Beatchhh Clone... We need to start using hop bags or filtering more... ended up a little short on volume.

just had to take a pic of this... We are grinding off a bumper... Sparks we hitting the Minivan gas tank door... priceless

We also picked up our new kegerator... gonna hold 8 kegs...

The pig LOVES the spent grains... He had several pigs.... and they all loved the grains

and of course the circle of life continues...

We should have been brewing a long time ago...

I'm speechless. This saga has everything: beer, pigs and pork products, beer, danger, beer...okay, you need a woman in there somewhere, but otherwise, it's got everything.

Guess I was wrong. I thought sure it was going to be something like; I brew,I bottle,I drink,I pee;repeat. Next time I use grain,I'm gunna use it for pizza crust & dog treats.

I was showing my wife the pictures of the pig eating the grain as she's a big animal lover and then scrolled down and wooooo there's little piggy on the plate. Her reaction was priceless.
