Hey Guys, I was looking for a good recipe for this weekend and came across this Centennial Blonde. I called my local brew store (140 mi away) to order and they didn't have everything. Biermunchers extract list is
Amount Item Type % or IBU
5.00 lb Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 83.3 %
1.00 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 16.7 %
0.25 oz Centennial [9.50%] (45 min) Hops 7.8 IBU
0.25 oz Centennial [9.50%] (20 min) Hops 5.1 IBU
0.25 oz Cascade [7.80%] (10 min) Hops 2.5 IBU
0.25 oz Cascade [7.80%] (5 min) Hops 1.4 IBU
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

What they had and what I ordered was
Amount Item Type % or IBU
5.00 lb Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 83.3 %
1.00 lb Amber-Pils
0.25 oz Centennial
0.25 oz Centennial
0.25 oz Centennial
0.25 oz Centennial
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

I decided to go with all Centennial because this will be my 5th batch but I've only done kits so I really don't know all of the flavors of the rainbow yet. Is this cobbled up mess of a recipe going to work or am I going to have to change anything? Thanks in advanced for the help!
