Brewing At/Below Sea Level

Random thought of the night (having seen the thread about brewing at high altitude). I will be brewing just about at sea level / marginally below (20ft +/-). Anything I need to think about?

My flame keeps going out and my beer tastes salty when I brew below sea level.

I'm 30-40 ft above where I brew. Nothing notable to speak of.

Most people brew within a few hundred feet of sea level. Most of the UK, Belgium, Holland and Denmark, for a start.

The only noticeable difference I have seen is at high altitude..watch brew dogs episode in Denver with Oscar Blue on a mountain top using mirrors to as a heat source.
