BrewFerm Tripple

Hello

I have a BrewFerm Tripple x 2, 5 Gal in the secondary since Feb14. I dont remember how long it said to condition. Does anyone know when this will be ready to drink. It smells really volitile and says that it will yeild 8%.

For anything that big, I would recommend AT LEAST one month. Two would be better. Since you have already been in secondary for a month you could bottle (or keg) now, but it would probably be a better beer with just a little more time.

If you bottle now, You are going to need 2-3 weeks of bottle conditioning before the beer really starts to come together.
