Hi There,
So I was first choice for an apprenticeship following interviews at 2 different local brewerys. I am now trying to decide which one to go for and thought you beautiful people could help me make a coice.

Brewery 1. £180 per week
Small Archway space
Very experimental
Pretty Close
Not hugely friendly
Homebrew savvy headbrewer
Brewery 2. £160 per week
Large Space
Produces 5 quality beers (with 1 Pilot tank for yummy experiments)
Little Further out
Pretty Freindly
Headbrewer with a herriotwatt Masters

Please let me know what you reckon homebrewers...

Happy Brewing!!

Brewery 2 is less pay and farther to travel, but the friendly people you might work with could make all the difference.

I agree that friendly people could make all the difference, but what are YOU looking for in your apprenticeship:

If you are looking to experiment more with others who have cut their teeth on homebrewing, go with Brewery 1.

If you want to stick to tried and true styles/methodology, and be "book taught," go with Brewery 2.

Additionally, while your experience is ultimately what will get you hired in the future, one brewery could open doors/get your interviews, that they other may not.
