I had it in the primary for a week. Fermentation has stopped and I now have it racked to secondary. Should I do a second yeast pitch?

No need to pitch more yeast, there's plenty in there. In fact, let it sit in secondary a few weeks. Next time, let it sit in primary for longer than a week, it'll give the yeast plenty of time to make good beer. Kit instructions generally push you too quick. Since I've started leaving my beer in primary for 4 weeks or so, my beers have come out much better.

You'll have plenty of yeast left over for bottling, too, so don't worry.
