Howdy y’all, I’m a novice home brewer in central Texas and I’ve decided to join the community after lurking for a few months. I’ve recently gotten my introduction to brewing through Northern Brewer’s 5 gal kit. Before that, I tried making mead but just ended up with a gallon of vinegar. Im looking forward to meeting y’all and absorbing more info than im going to need. Prost!
