Has anybody taken a look at the published recipes from the guys of Brewdog

all you need is your email to download a PDf document with 226 pages of recipe.
Every recipe is for 5 gallons and very nicely explain, except for the hop additions, theses guys instead of giving times in minutes they just say
Start, Middle, and End. What gives? I mean some recipes call for the second addition right in the middle but others not, I guess you could play with the times and see how that affects the ibu's (which they give) in Beer Smith, or in your opinion a 10 or 15 min difference in a second hop addition in a 60 min boil would drastically affect the recipe?
