Brewday Poutine

I apologize in advance to the Hardcore Poutine Patrol for the following post.
I know it is not 'Traditional'.

That said.

I tend to multitask on brewdays. This brewday was no different. Five gallons of Porter, 3 gallons of chicken stock and to fuel my labors... Poutine.

Cheese curds from Trader Joes. Fresh cut french fries. Chicken Gravy made from homemade chicken stock and a dusting of Ahtanum Hops powder.

Yum.

I hate you, Because I was trying to figure out what I want to eat for dinner, this didn't help my search any....
