So I made a website that will help with pipeline / brew inventory management.

Right now it can, track future and current brews and give you a timeline graph and will estimate when a brew will be gone. It can track inventroy of current packaged brews, kegs or bottles, and let you track when you drink them. It can tell you who has been drinking what beer and how often they drink etc. There is a little video i slapped together on the website homepage that you can watch and decide if you want to use it before you register or not.

Its still in beta so please let me know about any bugs or features you would like to see with it.

anyway let me know thoughts concerns questions etc.

Haha. That's pretty awesome! I usually just use my brain app when it comes to inventory management though. Sometimes I use the pencil and paper app too.

For a second there, I thought you were talking about two general purpose apps. Boy did I feel dumb when I realized what you meant. Stupid new fangled technology.

Just pushed a few more patches, tweaks. Working on QR codes for bottles and stuff.

Excellent app. Very intuitive and user-friendly.

On first use, the color selection method is no good. Those color codes need to be matched to SRM to make selection easier and more applicable. I am sure you have already thought about this.

I'll throw some of my brews in the system and play around for a while. Thanks for sharing this with us! :mug:

The color was never intended to be the SRM of the beer but rather just a color that is used to display the beer in graphs. However I have already gotten a big list of people who would like a SRM color picker so that is being coded :)

SRM Color picker for brews was just pushed with the latest patches.
Thanks for the continued feedback guys.

What are your intended features for this app? Any that aren't implemented yet?

Btw I've already created an account and added a bunch of stuff in the pipeline, pretty nice so far.

The homepage has a pretty big backlog of features in the works. If you have any suggestions leme know.

Sorry I hadn't noticed.
I'm glad you added the full screen tap list, I was actually thinking of that. However is it possible to extend the cookie life so myself or other people in the household wouldn't have to log in to view this information?

This happened when I logged in

And there seem to be a copyright mark at the top of the pipeline chart in an odd location

If I think of anything else while using it I'll let you know.

Thanks,
Patrick

I think I broke it.....:(

I got a big yellow screen with exception error notices when I tried to register. Not my area of expertise. I could not back out or reload the page.

Do you have a screenshot?

Yep

ill go figure it out for ya. Thanks for the screen shot, those are pretty much the most helpful, i should probably set it up to email those errors when they happen.

Love the QR code feature and that I can basically add how many bottles I have. I'll keep you updated as I start entering things about anything I run into bug/feature wise.

Good work!

Awesome, features and updates are rolling out daily. This is a community tool so let me know what you like, dont like, and want.

Pretty cool! I signed up as well.

Seems like its not letting me check that I packaged in kegs.

Thanks BrotherGrim!

This is pretty awesome. When I get my taps up and running I would love to have something like this on a touchscreen mounted on the wall so people can see whats on tap and how much is left (approximately of course). The full-screen taplist could be displayed all the time. A suggestion - making the font bigger/bolder for the "Tap 1", "Tap 2", etc.

Here's a couple things, one is probably very easy, and the other not as much.

1. The notifications don't go away after you've viewed them.

The long one
2. So the program uses average time from packaged to completely gone to determine how long your batches should last. This is awesome! But I also do meads which I may only drink half a gallon in a year of a given batch. Is there some way to add separation between the time that wine lasts and the time beer does?

I will add a way to remove the notifications.

2) Once you have more than 5 drinks logged on a specific package, the pipeline uses only that packages stats for determining how long it will last and not your global account stats, so after you have 5 drinks logged on your mead it should recalculate based on the speed you are drinking that specific batch.

Cheers

Awesome, I was wondering this too

If i package 2 kegs from a ten gallon batch on the same date, but only start drinking one of them, is there a way to make the pipeline know that Im not drinking the second keg yet?

Like a tap date?
