The glass face would be the only thing that I would be concerned with. The rest of the thermometer (we assume) can withstand at least 212 degrees.
So if the glass face is not cracked/compromised then I think you are still OK.
TO be sure, calibrate in boiling water and then in a glass of ice water that has been sitting for a while to bring it down to 32 degrees.
If the readings are accurate then you are good to go.
