I've been using a King Kooker as my brew stand for ages. It's been a good rig, but my wife and I may be moving at some point in the nearish future and (with all the rust) it's probably getting left behind. Which means I'm in the market for a new rig!
The rest of the system is a single-pump RIMS system, with 15 gallon kettles for mash and boil plus a 10 gallon Rubbermaid HLT. While I'd love to get something like the MoreBeer Gravity sculpture, I'm rather sure I can't get a $3k purchase through committee. Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable 2-3 tier gravity brew stand?
Some "assembly required" is fine by me, but would prefer to not have to spend a ton of time researching which nuts & bolts I need to make the thing work right...
