Brew School?

I was wondering what were the best options for brewing schools if I wanted to take my brewing to a higher level, and maybe to get paid for something that I love doing.

UC Davis has a good program, but most people get their start doing grunt work in a brewery.

Thanks, does anyone know if the ABG distance program is worth doing? Or should I forget the school and get into some grunt work brew job? Let me know what you think.
