A simple, ever evolving All-Grain setup. Aluminum pot for HLT, converted cooler for MLT, and a 10 gallon aluminum pot for my boil. Cranked out about three dozen all grain brews with these three and can consistently hit 75-85% efficiency.
I say ever evolving because it seems every other batch of beer I make I have a new member of the equipment team, or I retire/improve another piece of equipment.
Boiling Equipment: 10G Aluminum Thick-Walled Kettle with Propane Burner. 7G Aluminum "Turkey Fryer" Pot for HLT.
Beer Bottling Gear: Bottle Tree with Sanitizing Spout, Racking Cane w/ Wand, Capper, and Separate Bottling Bucket
Fermentation Vessels and Equipment: 1x Cooler converted to MLT 2x 6.5 Gallon Plastic Fermenter Bucket (Primaries) 2x 5 Gallon Plastic Fermenter Bucket (Secondaries) 1x Chest freezer with temperature controller for fermentation
Wort Chillers: Home Made 50' Copper Immersion Chiller
Plumbing, Pumps and Hardware: Chugger Pump for Mash/Sparge Water, 1/2" Silicone Tubing
Measuring, Testing,& Stirring Devices: Hydrometer, PH Meter (Litmus Paper as a Backup), Graduated Cylinder and Associated Beakers, Food Grade Plastic Mash Paddle
