Brew pal and iphone 4?

Can I use brew pal on an iPhone 4? Says it needs IOS 5.1 or later. I have no clue what that means. The version on my phone says 6.0.....if that's what it is referring to I am good. Can anyone confirm?

If you have the current iOS. You're running 6.1.3.

You can check under Setting/About/
