Helped brew a couple batches of homebrew for a friend's brother's wedding. Double black ipa for the groom and vanilla stout for the bride. Looking for creative names for each, any ideas? Thanks!

Evidently the bride is Irish, maybe incorporate that some how? Anyone know the Irish word for vanilla? And I think he chose "Frate train" for the groom. An embarrassing high school nickname lol.
